Mussel Beach Campsite
Mussel Beach is a privately owned campground that sits on the northwest coast of Barkley Sound between the Long Beach and Broken Island Group portions of Pacific Rim National Park. This rugged campground offers many sites directly on the beach. Mussel Beach is in a remote area east of Ucluelet and is perfect for beachcombing, whale watching and hiking. It is also the ideal jumping off point to explore the Broken Island Group via kayak.

Directions (From Victoria)
Take Highway 1 north
Continue past Parksville where Highway 1 turns into Highway 19
Take Highway 4 West
You will reach the west side of the island where you will see a marked junction head south to go to Ucluelet
Turn left onto the highway to head to Port Albion
Follow the signs to the Mussel Beach Campsite over 5 km of paved roads, and 8 km of logging road
